    Cozy place to hang out while waiting for departure. Convenient and practical way for ordering and payment using self service tablet on every desk. No need to wait for our check, just do our own payment using EDC on the desk and we are done. Informative and amusing content (including update on flight info) from the same tablet to accompany us while waiting for the flight. Friendly service from the crew. Good food from the menu.

    Do not eat here, it is like eating out of a vending machine. Awful food was ok at best, coffee I ordered came out piping hot. Ice tea came out as a thick slush, and the staff was so rude.

    First time at this place. And it was HORRIBLE. The pancakes taste like cardboard. They forgot half of my meal. Food was cold and stale. Nasty!!! Go somewhere else inside airport. Called for manager to receive a refund, it took over 30 minutes for Dasyi to arrive from wherever she was. The server was aggravated. Place deserve negative zero stars. The longer I sat waiting the more aggravated I got looking at their service. Once Daysi finally arrived she was sweet apologetic and professional.

    The worst airport terminal and food I ever tried, $40 for a dollar gas station burger and a cheap drink. Walk away from an go to Wendy's; it's going to be better quality for a reasonable price.

    I can’t give it a zero or I would. This is the second time I have tried to go there and they don’t let me sit where I want. It isn’t crowded, the food sucks and I don’t ever want to sit where they send me. I hope they lose the franchise and get someone else in. I don’t want to sit directly across from a stranger.
